// 02 - how billing works

No games. Just the work.

The pricing is built to be easy to say yes to and easy to leave. Here is exactly how it runs.

01

Scoped before we start

You know the deliverable and the price before any work begins. No open-ended timers, no surprise invoices.

02

One senior rate

£450 a day across SEO, GEO and AI. No junior tiers, no account-manager markup - the person scoping it is the person doing it.

03

No lock-in

Day and project work is one-off. Retainers roll month to month and cancel with 30 days' notice. Stay because it works, not because of a contract.

04

Remote-first

Remote across the UK by default, on-site for workshop days when it earns its place. Invoiced on completion, or monthly for retainers.

// 03 - pricing questions

Before you book.

Which option should I start with?
If you are not sure, a half day at £225 is the cleanest first step - a focused review, a sense check, a decision. Most engagements start small and grow only if there is more useful work to do.
How do retainers work?
A retainer is a fixed block of days each month - from £1,800 for four days. You get priority and continuity, I keep the context between months. It rolls month to month and cancels with 30 days' notice. No minimum term.
Do you do fixed-price projects?
Multi-day work is scoped up front - you agree the deliverables and the day count before it starts, so the total is known. If a project genuinely needs to flex, I will tell you before the number changes, not after.
How and when do I pay?
Day and project work is invoiced on completion. Retainers are invoiced monthly. UK invoicing, standard terms.
