A good first message looks like this.
Three or four lines is plenty. You do not need a polished brief. Even rough notes give me enough to reply usefully.

- 02How it gets done today. "By hand. Someone digs through SERPs, opens 6 competitor pages, then writes the brief in Google Docs."
- 03What good looks like. "Same brief format, half the time, with a human checking before it goes to the writer."
- 04Anything that constrains it. "Data sits in GSC and Ahrefs. We use Google Workspace. Compliance is fine with AI drafts but not final publishing."
No need to know the answer. The reply is more useful when you describe the actual mess, not the tidy version.

Within 1 working day, Monday to Friday. If a message lands on a Friday evening, you will hear back by Monday afternoon at the latest. Most replies go out the same day if you send before 4pm UK time.
Do you take on small projects?
Yes. A half day at £225 is fine for a focused review or a small workflow build. Most engagements start small - some stay one-off, others settle into a monthly retainer once there is a steady stream of work. No minimum term either way.
Can we just have a chat first?
Yes. A short call costs nothing. Send a few lines about the problem and I will reply with a time, or a written answer if that is more useful. No deck, no discovery process.
